I had a great experience. Jesse came out same-day after our AC stopped working. He was knowledgeable, personable, and assessed and repaired the problem quickly. All of this for a very reasonable price.

The team at Chicago HVAC REpair have always been responsive and quick to my needs. They did annual maintenance on my HVAC unit and installed a new Nest Thermostat. Jesse M. was thorough but fast in getting the work done and made sure I was fully set up before leaving. I will continue to call on this team for my HVAC needs.

My thermostat was powered down and seemed disconnected from my AC and they had appointment scheduled for me within 48 hours of calling!
The problem ended up being user error on my part but Jesse M. was very kind and friendly while helping me out! We had a good laugh about it and he showed me how to fix it myself if it happens again. He also performed a thorough maintenance check on my heater just in time for winter! Thank you for the help!
