Great service. They arrived at the beginning of the service window and called me 30 minutes before. They just charged for the service fee but also fixed our wiring (re-clasped it) and took a thorough look at everything even though they had already diagnosed the simple issue. Would recommend! Although I can’t speak to actual install or major repairs.
Easy, fast, and friendly! The technicians from Chicago HVAC Repair Doctor found that my furnace had a faulty flame sensor, which was preventing the system from staying on. I learned a lot, and the process was smooth and stress free. I'll be using them for my future heating/cooling needs and would highly recommend them to others!
