Since I've been working out for many years, I get the occasional aches, and every trainer there is great at figuring out the causes, suggesting stretches, and making sure my technique is correct. The family atmosphere and the healthy weekly snacks are an added bonus. I highly recommend!“

“If you’re looking for a program that offers personal training customized to your level of fitness and oriented to your personal goals, Ultimate Fitness is your go-to. I train with Justin 3 times a week. He mixes it up and challenges me in every session. Every couple of weeks, he measures that progress, as he has a machine that measures percentages of fat, muscle, etc. Seeing results not only in the mirror or scale, but measured body fat/muscle percentages, holds everyone accountable. This approach allows you to chart your progress as you go and, if needed, make adjustments. It’s all about challenging me to reach my goals but, unlike some of their competition out there, Justin and his team have a friendly enough and down-to-earth approach so that I don’t think twice about being consistent and keeping with the 3-day a week schedule. 5 stars, so far. Keep it up, Justin!“

“This is the average joe's gym you probably didn't know you needed in your life. I tried big box gyms and classes in the past but they never really stuck for me and eventually I would lose interest and move on. I have been working with Kyle Hart for over 3 years and counting now.The workouts are guided and specific to each client. Its a fraction of the cost of a standard personal trainer but the same type of quality. He has a focus on full body health and sustainable results. He works with people of all ages and levels of personal fitness and makes an environment you want to be a part of. Could not recommend trying him out for a free session more. The results are there for me and my family.“

“If you're thinking about getting back surgery, pay a visit to Kim at Perseverance Pilates first. I started having back issue in May 2020, and met with 5 Physical Therapists, 2 chiropractors, 3 orthopedic surgeons and received a variety of evaluations, x-rays, MRIs and steroid injections over that time, with little improvement. One ortho even recommended "minimally invasive" surgery, that included fusion of the L4/L5 vertebra and screws and pins. I came upon Perseverance Pilates through a Google search, as I continued to look for solution and better treatment options. I've been going to Perseverance for about a few months now and my back has improved significantly. Kim has helped me build strength and mobility, and I've been able to resume workouts and business/personal travel without fear of having my back spasm up. She does a great job of listening and evaluating, then crafting a plan to address your physical limitations.“

“My wife and I have trained separately with Brian for more than 4 years. He has designed totally different training programs for each of us to meet our specific needs. I'm impressed with his knowledge of various training techniques, human anatomy (ligaments, tendons, muscles, muscle recovery time, etc.), and how he is a true expert on nutrition and foods that I should eat to stay fit and healthy. He even designed a nutrition program for me. He is always careful to be sure that the training does not exceed my abilities so that I don't suffer any pains, strains, or injuries. I really enjoy that he constantly challenges me and that he goes through a full stretching and roll-out after each session. It's great that he comes to my home and incorporates weights, bands, and equipment that own and that he "lugs" his own equipment with him to fill in for the "stuff" that I don't have. I believe I'm in the best shape I have ever been in, thanks to Brian.“
