Endorphin Effect is a great community of people and trainers. It’s very clean, offers a variety of classes, and the trainers are knowledgeable and provide personalized training and assistance. Tony and Nelson are both incredible. Some extras I recommend for next level fitness goals are Nelson’s meal plan and Tony’s bootcamp. EE far exceeded my fitness expectations.

Love the new schedule for strength training classes. Switches up the body parts Mon-Fri. Nelson is amazing. Even though it’s a class it feels like personal training. It’s not a big box gym. You get the personal attention.

I got a 3day pass to Endorphin Effect and have tried the hot yoga and spin classes. Great deal to try out what they offer for the first time. (Although I had been to the hot yoga here before.) The teachers have been motivating and professional. Classes have been challenging and fun. I like the overall environment of EE, and am likely to get a membership in the near future.
