I am so glad that I found Ultimate Fitness. I have been working with Michael since November, dropped 5% body fat and lost 13lbs. Michael is very patient and knowledgeable, he is always there to help and push you forward. Everyone is very friendly at the gym, the trainers actually care about you and your results, instead of always trying to sell you services like at other gyms. This is the best money I have spent and invested on myself.

I love my work outs with my trainer Christina. She has helped me take the first steps into my fitness journey and continues to help me get stronger and leaner. I had become complacent with my health and the first step was the most difficult which was walking into the door. I look forward to continuing my personal health journey along side Christina and Justin. I really appreciate the custom work outs. The icing on my week is the Saturday class where I may be the most uncoordinated of the bunch but all the clients are so inviting and made me feel welcomed. Love it here! It has been YEARS since I have been physically active after having kids. The circuits in our group circuits are do-able, and I love that they help with proper posture, using equipment correctly, and most importantlyyyyyy, helping with modifications, because I'm not completely there yet.I've been going for about 2ish weeks now, I've lost a few pounds, but most importantly I feel stronger and more mobile. All inflammation has gone down and I'm not constantly in pain.Thank you for helping me get stronger ? ❤️
