    I recently started personal training at The Rough House to build strength, balance and hopefully to shed some pounds in the process. In just a short time, I already feel stronger and my clothes are fitting better! Each session is personalized and my trainer (Natalie) is great and constantly changing things up so that nothing gets boring or too routine. The Rough House is a great fitness community too. They have healthy recipes they share weekly and they truly care about creating an experience that gets you to your goals! I would highly recommend them to anyone!

    I’ve been doing personal training at The Rough House and have had the best experience. I’ve learned so much and pushed myself so much harder than I ever thought I could. I’ve also taken a few of the group classes. It’s a very welcoming gym and everyone is so nice. It’s a great community and I highly recommend to everyone. It’s nice to be noticed and not lost in the shuffle like you would at a big gym.

    I've been attending group fitness classes at The Rough House for the past few years. I love the variety, and the instructors are great at modifying exercises for each client's unique needs. Since I've been working out for many years, I get the occasional aches, and every trainer there is great at figuring out the causes, suggesting stretches, and making sure my technique is correct. The family atmosphere and the healthy weekly snacks are an added bonus. I highly recommend!
