Planet Fitness is a spacious gym with a variety of weight machines, organized by body part, and a range of cardio equipment, including treadmills, bikes, and ellipticals. The staff is friendly, and the facilities are very clean, with well-maintained equipment. The washrooms are also kept very clean. The gym's management has improved the location significantly, making it one of the roomiest and best-maintained gyms in the area. The personnel, including staff members like Lakendrick, Ralph, Erick, and Rich, are always friendly, kind, professional, and attentive to members' needs. They work hard to keep the gym in good shape and ensure machines are working properly, with updates on repairs. Many visitors note that this location is the cleanest and best they have been to, with excellent customer service. While some equipment occasionally breaks, staff members keep members informed and work quickly to fix issues. Overall, the welcoming atmosphere and good vibes make it a great place to work out, and with over 2,400 locations, there’s likely one near you!
The employees here are awesome, very funny and kind. Would be a 5 if the manager didn’t let a guy workout barefoot everywhere he goes. Treadmill, bench press, cables, etc. It’s disgusting. “Athletic footwear and appropriate clothing must be worn at all times.” Other than that, place is great along with the employees.
I’ve been a member of Planet Fitness for over five years. The courtesy, and service and level of assistance I received from the front desk team has been outstanding and exemplifies what it means to be Fitness professionals. (myself being a trainer for 10+ years ).
I want to acknowledge the following Planet Fitness team members from the Carol Stream, Illinois location I will be staying a lifelong member and I hope you continue hiring individuals like these!

My son frequents this gym. He is 26 with Autism. This location is very clean and the staff is world class! The machines are well maintained too! The only downfall, is the hot water for the showers has been not working for a couple of weeks. If the hot water was working, this would no doubt be a 5 star review!
