“I have a fused spine and have led a mostly sedentary life to this point and I was very apprehensive about training.I've been working with Colin for a few months now and it's been a good experience 100% of the way. He's knowledgeable and patient and does research to make sure that what we're doing is right for me. Scheduling with him is also a breeze, as it's as easy as opening the app and choosing a day and time, no confirmation is needed.Edit: It feels worth noting that I'm still going here 3 years later and my opinion hasn't changed. I'm in the best shape of my life. Worth every penny.Edit 2: 5 years in. Still going strong. (literally!)“

“I’ve been going since I was in fourth grade, I’m a junior in high school and I still go. It’s Super fun, has great coaching, and they make sure you are tired by the end of your session. Just a great workout every time I go!!“

“La Fitness - A Tale of Fitness ExplorationSo, picture this: I'm standing in front of the mirror, contemplating the mysteries of life, when it hits me like a ton of bricks—I've let myself go! Cue the dramatic realization music. Now, I embark on a quest to find the perfect gym, something that screams, "Yes, this is where I will transform into a fitness guru!"My search led me to La Fitness, because, hey, they say love for basketball and swimming should lead the way, right? I sauntered into their establishment and was greeted by a lovely young lady at the counter. Eagerly, I spilled the beans on what I was looking for, and she promised me a tour, summoning a fellow named Gabriel for assistance. The anticipation was real. A few minutes later, in walks a gentleman, and naturally, I assumed he was Gabriel. So, I went all friendly and said, "Hi Gabriel!" Imagine the confusion that ensued when he replied, "Oh, you're Gabriel?" Classic mix-up. But hey, he decided to roll with it and gave me the grand tour himself.La Fitness, my friends, is like a fitness paradise... in a strip mall. You know the ones where they throw together a few stores, raise the ceiling, and voilà, instant gym! It felt a bit cramped, like trying to do yoga in a phone booth. And speaking of space, I couldn't find a basketball court or a running track anywhere. A fitness center without those? Sacrilege! But let's not be too harsh; it's not all bad. It's decently clean, which is more than I can say for my sock drawer. And they do have a pool, although it's more like a puddle, but hey, it counts, right? Now, the real kicker – the price tag. To join this exclusive club, you'll need to fork over about $600 a year. That's like, what, a million dollars in gym time? Okay, maybe not, but it's definitely an investment. In conclusion, La Fitness, you're not quite my fitness soulmate. I appreciate the effort, but I'm still on the hunt for that perfect gym, the one where I can shoot hoops, swim laps, and not feel like I'm working out in a shoebox. Until then, the search continues!“
