I joined H4 about three months ago and am loving it. After working out at home the last few years, I needed something different and more challenging. From my initial consult with Hank, I felt very welcomed and free of judgment. All of the coaches are fantastic and so motivating. I've had some injuries in the past and decided to join H4 because of the 1:1 attention and focus on proper form to avoid injury. Definitely worth the investment in your health!

Life changing! H4 concept and trainers have become an important part of my life I can’t imagine not doing my weekly small group weight, core and cardio trainings. Always something different and always a good feeling of accomplishment

H4 is amazing for many reasons. The variety in exercises always keeps working out fun and challenging. The trainers are amazing - some of the kindest people - they truly care about your fitness and pushing you to be the best. They are so encouraging and extremely knowledgeable. They actually make working out fun ! I would recommend H4 to anyone at any age and at any fitness level. There is no other place like it!
