I have been a member at the Palatine Exercise Coach facility for over 5 years. Love it everyone is very nice. the workout is super great and they are always willing to help you out by answering all your questions. I would recommend you try this workout place you won't want to go back to a regular gym you will get better results at Exercise Coach in 20 minutes twice a week.

Great program, great people. I'd always enjoyed playing high-energy competitive sports but I could never get energized to stick to a workout regimen (boring!) until I found The Exercise Coach. The 20 min sessions are perfect (for me): long enough to benefit, short enough to avoid losing interest. The best part: I've stuck with it long term and can absolutely feel the positive results.
