It’s like having a personal trainer but with a more fun environment because of the energy of all the other people there. Everything is set up for you and ready to go. 45 minutes flies by. I love how there are screens all over the room that show you exactly how to do the movement along with the coaches who are also there to assist you. I’ve had 19 joint surgeries, but the coaches always helped me with modifications, but they don’t baby me because I don’t want to be babied or I wouldn’t be there.“

“I joined Core FSN late summer and have not regretted this decision once! The atmosphere and community are second to none! All the coaches are amazing and have the best intentions for you to grow physically and emotionally.Not only is there only greatness within the community, they are more than understanding on your time and schedule. If you can’t be there right at the start, no big deal, just jump in! Also they offer a mid day class which comes in super handy for me(work from home full time & Mom of preschool/kindergarten).I would recommend Core FSN every time!“

As someone with autism and ADHD, I often struggle with motivation, routine, and making healthy choices. This gym has completely changed that for me. David and Jen are truly two of the most wonderful human beings on the planet. They’re patient, knowledgeable, encouraging, and genuinely invested in everyone who walks through the door. The atmosphere they’ve created is so positive, welcoming, and motivating that it feels less like a gym and more like a community.
Joining EmpowerU Fitness has helped my mental health, physical health, confidence, and overall happiness more than I can say. I’m stronger, clearer, and more consistent than I’ve ever been and I owe so much of that to this place and the people in it.

“I am a professional athlete and have been doing yoga on and off for years. Mainly out of state but have now lived in Illinois the last 5-6 years and I am so happy to have came across Melt Pilates & Hot Yoga! My first class was with Agnes. Her energy and verbal cueing are just tips of the iceberg when talking about her wonderful class. Iv taken other classes and have seen other instructors at various locations but Agnes’s class sits on top amongst them all. You feel her love and passion for yoga simply by listening to her speak and guiding you through her class. In the hour or hour and 15 minutes you have with her, she will not only take your body on a challenging and unique journey but also the ability to inspire your yogi soul! After taking my first class with her, she is the only instructor I prefer to take classes with and when I am out of town and take a yoga class elsewhere, I leave immediately thinking “it wasn’t like Agnes’s class”. It is hard to put into words the feeling I have when taking one of her classes, she is able to push you safely to limits you didn’t think you could reach, poses you were maybe not able to accomplish before and allows you to connect to your body in a way you have not done before. Leaving her class makes you a different person in the best way possible and makes you eager for more!“

She walks the talk - swimmer, marathoner, cyclist, runner, all around fitness expert. She took me from not being able to swim one lap to doing a 1/2 marathon in 18 months. We have worked together for six years on all facets of training - core, weight training, weight loss..., swimming, running, cycling, cardio, stretching, golf training. There is no better training, coaching partner. I cannot recommend Jaynie enough regardless of where you are on your fitness journey.“
