Lady At front desk Said They werent doing guest Passes, i dont usally come here, I go to a different one, Now i was asking for a exception and the front desk lady said to talk to another lady, this lady didnt really use a harsh tone but made me feel uncomfortable and Her body language told me she felt fustrated, I was coopperative and i understand Rules are rules i just feel that making guests uncomfortable with aggresive body language shouldnt Be A default for customer service. i ended up paying And the Feel of the gym was nice, They had good equipment.

Way too many people at this gym. Especially after 5 pm when everyone gets out of work. For the membership price and variety of equipment it's all good. Plus the friendly staff and personal trainers. That's why I give it 5

I have about 5 months going to this location . A lot of things been happening but today was the worst in my opinion. I usually use the gymnastics room and use the equipment but this morning the weight rack have a lock and I can’t use them I asked the lady in front desk but she said that they did that because is only for classes in the room and a lot of people take the weights out the room and that is not allowed. I always put back everything that I used but some people don’t even care about leave the weights everywhere .If I pay my membership I can used any equipment that I want otherwise they should tell me so since I start my membership.
