Love the gym there’s always someone cleaning around. I’m kinda sad they got rid of the 30 min circuit area because that’s where I would do my arm workouts since all the guys take over the arm machines but other than that I love this gym and especially LOVE the red light therapy machine!!
Ryan is an extremely knowledgeable and experienced coach.
He demonstrates each exercise clearly and with excellent technique, quickly identifies movement errors, and provides precise, effective feedback.
My colleague and I took his class together, and we both learned many training principles we had never fully understood before.
He helped us correct improper movement patterns, develop proper muscle activation, and learn how to focus on the target muscles during each exercise.
As a result, our technique improved significantly, and we were able to increase our training weights with much greater confidence.
