Planet Fitness

Planet Fitness, home of Big Fitness Energy™, is a gym with over 2,400 locations that aims to provide a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere for its members. The Planet Fitness EGV location features friendly and helpful staff, including Anel, Angelica, Carly, and Dody, who are attentive to members' needs and ensure the gym remains clean and well-maintained. Members have noted that while the staff are generally helpful, their friendliness has declined slightly recently, with some feeling they no longer greet or say goodbye as often. The gym is equipped with machines for every body part and plenty of cardio equipment, making workouts convenient for all.

Members appreciate the affordable prices and respectful environment. The gym enforces good manners with the use of the lunk alarm, which helps maintain a peaceful atmosphere by alerting staff if someone is being disruptive—physical threats are not necessary. The staff also put up signage about special offers and reminders, adding personal touches to improve the experience. Night staff, including the red-haired front desk employee, are especially friendly and accommodating.

Recent changes include new equipment, which has caused some adjustments, like the shifting of machines, but overall improvements have been noted. The locker rooms and shared areas are kept clean, and staff always greet guests warmly and offer assistance when needed. Some members wish the stretching area could be rearranged since it becomes cramped after a couple of people use it. Overall, despite a few areas for improvement, the Planet Fitness EGV location remains popular among members for its welcoming atmosphere, cleanliness, and affordable pricing.
