I worked with Erik, and he was AMAZING! I live in Arlington Heights, and this was for the condo we used to live in and still own in Humboldt Park. With the winter storm, no way I was getting out there to address the heat not working. As soon as I filled out the request on Yelp, I got a text right away, quick communication, and everything was taken care of within 4 hours. Other places were telling me 3 days. Hopefully I don't have a lot more issues with the HVAC system in our condo (), but if I do, I am contacting them immediately!!

Very quick response, fair pricing, and professional communication. I used Yelp to get multiple estimates on a water heater replacement and Erik from HVAC Buddies, reached out right away with clear communication and an estimate that was below all the competition. They were also willing to come the next day if I went with their service. I work in a professional environment and being a newer homeowner, I am finding that many services (electrical, plumbing, construction, etc.) are not friendly, or customer service oriented at all.
