I had an emergency where my furnace fan stopped blowing. Therefore, my house was cold in February during the Winter. I received a referral for Burks Heating And Cooling Solutions Inc. from my trusted network. I called Dario Burks on a Sunday morning and he came to my home within an hour to assess and troubleshoot my furnace. Dario was knowledgeable and gave me options with payment to fix my furnace. I am grateful for his honesty and I refer him.

I trust Dario with my hvac needs! He always makes time to work me into his schedule even though I’m far north and he seems to work mainly on the south side. He shows up when he says he will and always gives me a straight up answer about my hvac issues. Other hvac companies I tried before him gave me a lot of weird sleazy runaround.I will definitely continue to use Burks for all my hvac needs.

Found this svc on Google, read some other reviews, decided to call. Dario was at my home within the hour to assess my 17 yr old furnace that wasn't kicking in. Diagnosed with a motor issue (also found a loose schematic paper inside!) and gave me an estimate to repair; also did a 'Fonzy' move that activated the furnace... whoa! Dario explained the what and the why in a non-pressuring way (very much appreciated) and how I could take a chance and see how it operates moving forward. After some thought and consideration, I will ABSOLUTELY rely on Dario to return in a few weeks for a permanent fix...and then in a year or two to install a variable flow furnace - his explanations...read full review
