Dario was able to schedule coming out to restore our heat quickly. He does excellent work and is very conservative in his recommendations, making sure we understand where things stand, but not recommending work that doesn't need to be done. Honest contractors are tough to come by, but I trust Burks to do great work at fair prices.
I contacted Burks heating with a furnace outage in the winter on a weekend and they came out and quickly resolved the issue and got my heat working. That was 2 years ago. Very honest and good technician. The only reason it wasn’t 5 stars is because I had to wait all day for him, but he was very apologetic and explained that he had a new install that went way longer than expected. He will be my go to HVAC person from now on.
