“We have beeb a Holtkamp customer for close to 15 years. The gas valve on our four year old American Standard furnace failed and they were able to come out and inspect the unit. Ryan ordered the replacement valve and replaced it early on the second day in below freezing weather in our attic. Great job Ryan.“

“Couldn't be happier with our experience with Cool Masters. Eric and Chris were great - communicated well ahead of the appointment, arrived on time, and we really appreciated them walking us through everything before they started. They helped us repair a problem with a sump pump and basement ventilation that we had been dealing with for a few months after another company we're not able to solve it for us. Eric and Chris diagnosed the issue and completed the work in a few hours and it's been a week now and the issue has been fixed. Their work was high quality and very neat. “We called for a service appointment on Sunday evening over Labor Day Weekend. We thought it would be Tuesday before receiving a response. Much to our surprise, we were able to make an appointment the same day. Within two hours, a service tech arrived. Jake Kitchens did a great job taking care of us. He was professional, yet personal. He gave us our options without trying to pressure us into an expensive repair that was unnecessary. He repaired our unit promptly and made sure we were satisfied before he left. “Trust made things easy. Our upstairs air went out on a Friday. Called Saturday morning and they were able to have someone out by early afternoon that same day. It turned out to be the capacitor so it was an easy fix, thankfully. Pricing was reasonable. The technician was great. And they sold me on the maintenance plan (no pressure at all) which gave me peace of mind.“

“Another home warranty problem to add to their reviews. We have been without AC for a month. First american selected Cook's HVAC first. Took them a week to come out and they found the leak. Said they would write it up and they never did. 10+ days later First American chose another HVAC company Summer brease. They set up a date on 18 August and they called that day saying someone was sick or some excuse. So they rescheduled for 20 Aug and gave us a 12-4 window. We called at 1:00, 3:30, and 5:00 and they said someone is still coming. Now 7pm they are closed and was a no show and no call.

UPDATE: They did come out. Nice kid checked the unit and agreed with the last HVAC company. So far it looks like he wrote it up for the home warranty company. I'll continue to update review until the work is completed.“
