I experienced a plesant quality service by the Summer Breeze professionals today The technican provided me with a call when they were in route to my property to allow me time to meet them. Upon arrival, they quickly identified the issue. They showed me and explaiined what they were doing to resolved the issue. On completion, made suggestion to improve and extend the life of my AC unit. I was referred to Summer Breeze through American Home Shield, and unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing.
An electrician came out to diagnose an issue and stated that they could not locate the wire, suggesting that it may have been spliced somewhere. However, my cousin, who is currently training to become an electrician, was able to locate the wire in the electrical box in less than 20 minutes. The wire was in an easily accessible location and was not difficult to find once the box was inspected.
