I was referred to Summer Breeze through American Home Shield, and unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing.
An electrician came out to diagnose an issue and stated that they could not locate the wire, suggesting that it may have been spliced somewhere. However, my cousin, who is currently training to become an electrician, was able to locate the wire in the electrical box in less than 20 minutes. The wire was in an easily accessible location and was not difficult to find once the box was inspected.

Derick was on time and very knowledgeable. I have a HOW so this company was assigned to come out but, I could not have been more pleased. Derick was courteous and knew exactly what the problem was and got it fixed very quickly.

Didn’t need a complex repair but he didn’t try to upsell me. He educated me on a few to improve the effectiveness on my HVAC system. Also, we had a lovely conversation about Monstera plants. I would recommend them to anyone.
