Summer Breeze Heating & Air was fantastic. Derrick was honest, professional, and actually opened and inspected my AC unit. He found the real issue and fixed it as a $125 (using my AHS home warranty) second opinion, tightening cables and addressing the coil. My AC now works better than before.
This was the complete opposite of my experience with AIR TECHS (Jason), who didn’t open the unit, rushed the visit, and recommended a $15,000 full HVAC system replacement without a real inspection. They also seem overbooked and understaffed.
Kenneth Buggay Mechanical inspected the unit last year but still gave the wrong diagnosis.
