I was caught in the predicament we never want to be in, came home and my system was dead. I filed a request online and the next day, Derick was out. I went over the options of fixing my current system or upgrading to a new system. I went with the latter. Derick and the Holtkamp team worked with me on pricing and Derick educated me on the options I had. Sammy in the office was awesome as well. But I have to say, the real MVPs for me were Angelo and Nick. They spent over 12 hours non stop fixing my duct work, and installing the unit. They didn’t skimp the install. EXCELLENT SERVICE ---USING THEM FOR 10+ YEARS
Angelo did an excellent job installing the new Trane AC unit. He also rebuilt the plenum which had been an issue since i bought the house 6.5 yrs ago. He moved with purpose and was busy the whole time. Once he finished he cleaned the areas up completely and was very friendly and polite throughout the install. I love the AC. THANK YOU ANGELO!
