Service was excellent. Greg was very good about telling me what he was doing and encouraged me to walk with him as he checked the units. We had an issue within an hour after he left and he came back and made it right. Issue was out of anyone’s control but was glad for the quick response.
Replaced furnace & AC unit.Technician’s were friendly and had us back up and running within a few hours.We have also had several emergencies on weekends that they have come out to service our ac unit in the past.👍👍 on the service they provide.
AC not cooling one evrning last week. 80 degrees in side, thermostat set to 75. Called Mitchell and rechnician offered to stop by around 6:30 PM. Told him to come by next day. Turned system off for 4-5 hours while out for evening. Turned back on around 10:30 PM. Technician came next day to see if system was working OK. Everything seemed to be all right.
