“I received service from Just Cooling through my Home Warranty. I have read a lot of favorable reviews for Just Cooling made recently from other Home Warranty members. They came out quickly, which was great, and the tech was very friendly. They could not repair the issue same day. Understandable, if there is a part needed. After a week I had not heard any update so I called back. It wasn’t until after I called that I received the date for the follow up. The tech came out a day or two later. Unfortunately, that didn’t work and I had to wait again for a different part. It was not a long wait and I did not have to follow up. Two days later, tech came back but again unsuccessful and rescheduled. Oh well. Two days later and the tech comes back, again, and is again unsuccessful. Ugh. Two days later and the tech returns a third time and again is unsuccessful and has to submit options to the home warranty. I figured it would take some time. Two weeks passed, though, and I did not recieve an update on the part and I had to reach back out. As soon as I did, I got put on the schedule for the next day.

Seems to be that if it is an easy fix, it will be fine to use this company. They are friendly and informative. I am just left wondering…if I hadn’t followed up, would I still be waiting? I would recommend they regularly follow-up with open cases with an extended repair to put the customer at ease, especially in the extreme weather months. Again, very pleasant to deal with, otherwise.“

“Shumate has serviced my condo for years and always provide top notch service. My thermostat stopped working this week and it was 90 degrees in my home. I called at noon and there was someone here within an hour. He was able to replace the thermostat and troubleshoot a problem to fix my air. Thank you!“
