When we had our A/C unit replaced by Triad, the technicians were professional and polite and were in and out pretty quickly. The only downside is they didn't do the best job insulating the refrigerant line, so I had to go touch that up afterward myself. I'd probably still consider using them again.
Triad installed two HVAC systems in our house and removed the old systems. Grayson and Wyatt did an excellent job on the install. Installed both systems in 1 day without a mess. Love our new HVAC systems. They run quiet and are more efficient. Thanks for doing such a great job.
