Justin was amazing!! He explained things well and was concerned about my concerns. He seemed very knowledgeable and worked steadily to trouble shoot the different components and replace them all for a responsible price!The office was very responsive. I called at midnight when my heater stopped working. They returned my call at 0700 and had Justin at my house at 1100. It was 18 degrees Fahrenheit so I really appreciate the fast service.Service: HVAC system repair

My A/C was blowing only warm air, and with this Georgia heat, we know that can get unbearable. I had a different company complete a service call, only for the technician to state (after being here 15 mins) I needed a new unit. Being in a new construction home for only 6 years, I felt like there was no way this was accurate. So, I wasted $90 with that company and sought to get a second opinion.I searched high and low, reading countless bad reviews from other companies and was ready to throw in the towel.
