We strongly recommend Zack Hammonds. We have been with the firm for three years, and our tech is Roy. He is professional, efficient, and focused on the two Trane heat pumps and how to keep them operating at their best. For many years in Oconee County, we were with a well-known local company, and while the name of the company has remained the same, the ownership, quality of workmanship and professionalism has changed. The new owner’s techs wasted too much time trying to sell expensive products we did not see a need for. We are lucky to have read that Zack Hammonds is recommended by Trane.

Reviews
Chad is very knowledgeable and efficient.
I have been using Zack Hammonds for years and they never disappoint. The service remains exceptional, the tech is very knowledgeable and they are direct in advising what needs to be done, if anything. They gave me options and explained the differences including cost to let me decide what was best for me. I will continue using their services and I have referred them to others who still use them as well. Thank you Zack Hammonds!
