Reliable really lives up to their name!I had an issue with my furnace just before the holidays. I called Reliable and they had someone come out immediately. Being it was the holiday, I didn't know if I was able to get the part out fast enough. However, they reassured me that the part would be in fast and they would get someone to install it right away. I also had a few concerns regarding the part and installation and the manager (Mr. Hayward ) reached out to me letting me know everything was set to go. I want to thank Ron and Nick for doing such an amazing job and being so transparent. Thank you Reliable!
