“I called with an emergency situation. My heating unit was down due to a bad blower wheel. My mother in law was in home hospice and in final transition. We needed to get the heat fixed asap. I explained the situation to them and they were able to get a technician out. I don't remember his name but he was very caring & professional. He called his supervisor Jeremy and he picked up the blower wheel in Monore and personally delivered it. They got the unit repaired and the heat was back on. Unfortunately Mom passed away later that night, but thanks to the extraordinary effort from Snellville HVAC team, her final hours were comfortable. Many thanks & we are forever grateful to you!!”
