I would highly recommend “Keep Smiling”! We made a call and someone was out within an hour to take care of us. Super professional and great attention to detail. We will definitely use them again.

I called two different companies out to quote a broken water line. This company and Rotorooter, Rotorooter sent a corporate sales representative to come give me a quote and Keep Smiling sent John. John went straight to work to figure out what the problem was while the other gentleman stood there building quotes for everything except the issue. John knew exactly what was wrong and gave me a price $2300 cheaper then Rotorooter who wanted to replace every pipe in my neighborhood under my expense (Over exaggeration but it felt like it)

Your service man, James Nuckles, has just left my house and I want to relay to you what a great representative of your company he has been. He explained what he was doing and gave me advice on what I should do in the future. I am an 87 year old woman living on my own and felt very comfortable with him in my home. l hope his manager will see this and relay to him how much I appreciated his service.
