Jack was great!!! I don’t want anyone else. Jack has great spirit, fantastic attitude. I can sit down and talk with that guy all day. Please don’t send anyone to my house but Jack thank you. Remember if you don’t have Jack if he’s off that day just reschedule me until Jack is back at work. Thank you.

I had Jake's company send him to my home for preventative maintenance work. He was kind, polite and professional. He checked air handler for safety and operational performance and replaced filter. I'm happy with my decision to use One Hour Heating and Air, happy with decision to purchase the PM Package of four service dates per year and confident that other techs will be as professional as Jake was.
