I went over the options of fixing my current system or upgrading to a new system. I went with the latter. AC stopped working, we knew it was original. We braced for the worst, a new system. Called Doug, he was honest and got it working by replacing the motor at a fraction of the cost of a new system. He has never tried to push anything that was not needed. He did warn me that soon we would need a new unit, as it was 21yrs old. His honesty and integrity impressed me, and his reasonable price prompted me to call him for Service every Spring and Fall in hopes of keeping that unit alive for as long as possible.
