I went over the options of fixing my current system or upgrading to a new system. I went with the latter. AC stopped working, we knew it was original. We braced for the worst, a new system. Called Doug, he was honest and got it working by replacing the motor at a fraction of the cost of a new system. He has never tried to push anything that was not needed. He did warn me that soon we would need a new unit, as it was 21yrs old. His honesty and integrity impressed me, and his reasonable price prompted me to call him for Service every Spring and Fall in hopes of keeping that unit alive for as long as possible. (SIDE NOTE: his service was / is extremely affordable) That was 7yrs ago. As all things must come to an end, so did our AC, after 28yrs of service. He arrived and within minutes diagnosed a blown capacitor on my 14 year old AC unit which was causing failure to turn on. He replaced the part and tested both my AC systems.
