Our AC unit died out of no where. We called Cool Master and their team was amazing. They sent a technician out same day to look at our unit and tell us what was wrong. The next day Eric came to our house to tell us what we needed done and wrote us up a quote. We had AC again with in days. Very fast, very reliable. Would recommend 100 times over. The office team that answers the phones were awesome also. Professional and kind. We've had put unit for about 3 weeks now and it's worked great!
