We have had two instances where we had issues with our HVAC units and folks from Duren came out right away to resolve the issue.The latest one was something that Mac Duren came out on and it took him and his assistant maybe five minutes to diagnose and twenty minutes to resolve, all the while being extremely polite and engaging and explaining what the issue was and how it came to be - to me that was amazing service. Also, scheduling with Katy was so easy and pleasant.Overall a five star experience - I will be using them for any issues forward and will gladly recommend to anybody else that needs help with their HVAC units.
