Technician Zack G is a true professional, made me feel like family each time he came out. Goes the extra mile to make sure the customer understands everything as he is problem solving any issue. We had some unusual issues with our unit and he has proven time and again he will work late to make sure the customer is satisfied and comfortable in their home. Would recommend to anyone I know.
I recently had new flooring installed that began to buckle. I was told it was likely due to poor insulation in my crawlspace.I contacted Service 1st Pro’s with my concern and they sent Colin out to evaluate. He was so professional and very friendly, taking the time to answer all of my questions… which were many lol. I was left feeling very comfortable and reassured moving forward with Service 1st Pro’s.Afterwards, Homer came out to renovate my crawlspace -installing new insulation, moisture barrier, and a dehumidifier system.
