“My ac unit stopped cooling this past Friday morning. Called Spence H & A. Libby was super nice and helpful. My unit is extremely old so I expected the worst. Libby had someone at my house by 3pm and he found my fan motor had gone out. Tech had a fan motor with him and repairs were completed and house was cooling by 5pm. Repair price was about half of what I expected. Needless to say I cannot say enough good things about Spence H&A. Their contact info is now on my house needs list and will be the only call for HVAC services going forward. Thank you Spence for your amazing service.”

“I highly recommend this small family business! The big companies seem to only want to install new units not fix the old ones Luckily I have a few window units in storage, so it wasn't an emergency when my upstairs unit went out, and I didn't have to buckle under the pressure of the situation. Emperor came out. they didn't try and sell me a ,$9000 new unit, they simply repaired it for $300, and it took them less time to fix it than the big company guy did determining that it couldn't be fixed. You might not get as lucky as me, but at least you know you you are using someone who is doing the right thing instead of selling you something you do not need!”

“I highly recommend Pierre Refrigeration Services!!! *** came out on a Mon. to assess our 25+ yr. old commercial refrigerator's cooling problem. Because there was a lot of ice on the top of the refrigerator (inside), *** said we needed to turn it off and let it 'thaw out'. He said to call him when the ice had melted, and he would return. I called him Tues. afternoon and he (and his assistant ****) came out in less than 2 hours! He quickly and accurately diagnosed the problem and fixed the refrigerator. I am SOOOOOO glad that I called *** for a 2nd opinion because a previous guy had told me that a part needed to be replaced, but that the part was now obsolete/no longer available (because of the age of the refrigerator)!!! Thanks to ***'s knowledge, we were able to keep the refrigerator....it is working like new! *** (and ****!) are very honest, efficient, and know what they are doing!!!!!!!!!! AND, *** did not charge me an arm and a leg...his fee was very reasonable! ”
