Total Comfort Heating and Cooling LLC
“I’ve worked with several HVAC companies through American Home Shield, and this company has truly been one of the best. You are fortunate when they are assigned to your service request because they are knowledgeable, professional, and always work hard to get the job done.
Their diagnostic skills are excellent, and they take the time to explain what is going on instead of leaving you confused. Communication is also one of their strongest qualities. They are responsive, easy to reach, and willing to work with you throughout the process.
The office manager also makes the entire process feel seamless. Having someone available to speak with directly over the phone makes such a difference, especially when you have questions or need an update. She communicates well, follows through, and helps everything move along smoothly from beginning to end.
It is refreshing to deal with a company that is dependable, communicates well, and genuinely knows what they are doing. I highly recommend them.”
