I am the manager of Emerald Run Apartments in Lakeland and we use Simply Shiny Cleaners for all of our move outs/ move ins. They are so easy to work with, they do a great job and they have very fair prices. We have referred them to residents in occupied units as well and they have had nothing but great things to say about them! I have been using Simply Shiny for a year. They have never canceled last minute and are always on time. Their cleaning is beyond any cleaner I have found in Lakeland. They are so thorough & professional. I would not hesitate,,, hire them immediately and enjoy the cleanest house you have ever had!! They are truly the best !!!
