“They are great and my children always enjoy going there. The dentist is great Dr. Erin is very good. So is the make dentist I can't remember his name but he is also great. Unfortunately they are not in-network with my insurance. We all know that no insurance means expensive so unfortunately I can't go here anymore. They are nice to me and too see what my insurance will cover and they will let me know. Overall a great place, but I am now looking for an other pediatrician dentists for my kids that take my insurance so I don't have to jump through too many hoops.“

“Except for a few years where my insurance did not cover Family Dental at Lakeside Village, I have been going there since Dr. Marino opened. I have always enjoyed going there. Jennifer is always kind and very good at her job. Melissa behind the front desk is very friendly, welcoming and helpful. For the last 2 years Alicia has been my hygentist. Yesterday she did the best job ever. My teeth feel wonderful. I am very thankful I am able to go to Family Dental as it is a wonderful dental facility; always friendly and always nice and clean.“

“Hands down, this is one of the best adult dental offices I have visited in Polk County. It can be challenging to find a dentist who does not over-diagnose or recommend unnecessary treatment. This practice is quite the opposite. They are conservative, honest, and focus on what is truly needed rather than creating treatment plans for revenue. The doctors are very compassionate, not judgmental at all.

Jessica, the office manager, was phenomenal. She spent nearly an hour with me reviewing payment options and explaining everything clearly. She was patient, knowledgeable, and genuine! She took her time helping me find a solution that worked.

The entire team is professional, transparent, and willing to go the extra mile for their patients. I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for ethical, high-quality dental care.“
