“The hygienist was caring, patient and did an excellent job. The office was unfamiliar with Medicare vs private dental insurance. They billed Medicare and I was denied. Private dental insurance is always primary & Medicare is secondary! I hope that helps someone else!! The claim is still unresolved but my teeth are clean & I’m happy with the service of the hygienist!“

“Hands down, this is one of the best adult dental offices I have visited in Polk County. It can be challenging to find a dentist who does not over-diagnose or recommend unnecessary treatment. This practice is quite the opposite. They are conservative, honest, and focus on what is truly needed rather than creating treatment plans for revenue.
