Hot worx has cycle classes which is so hard to find in the Lakeland area! They are open 24 hours of the day with your own access code so I can go after hours with my busy work schedule. The security after hours makes me feel safe even when I go for a late night sessions. Would highly recommend if you’re looking for a variety of workout classes! They also have a weight area if you are looking for the more traditional workout, just hoping for a treadmill soon!
