I walked in to get my second lobe ear piercing and Ellie was helpful in setting me up with the paperwork and appointment, which didn’t take long. I was then set up with Michael in just a few minutes, who did my piercing and he was clear in his explanation of what I needed to know. Both Michael and Ellie were friendly and informative.
