Checked in with Emily as soon as I walked in, and the other young ladies at the front desk, they're all very kind and helpful. Bella felt very comfortable with nurse Zach and Dr. Bennet who provided such great care, explained everything and answered all my questions. I wouldn't take my furbaby anywhere else.
The staff were very attentive and helpful during my visit. We had a longer wait due to an unexpected emergency but everyone was informative and I didn’t feel neglected sitting in an empty room. My cat, Niffler, was well taken care of as always!
