First I would like to thank the team at Ark Animal Hospital. From the moment we entered everyone greeted us with pleasant words. We brought our loving mastiff Zion there to put him to rest. This vet fit us in there schedule and treated us as though we had been coming there all along. They were patient with our boy and gave us all the time we needed. Helped us afterwards so we could take him home. A few days later they sent a beautiful card asking us, was there anything they could help with. Everyone in the office wrote nice messages to my family in the card. The team at Ark helped us in our difficult time and gave outstanding service. We are grateful.
Everyone was great with my dog. I appreciated how the vet explained everything that was going on and gave options for treatment. Due to costs they went above and beyond to contact another clinic for their cost. Amazing service all around!
