We had a leak in our HVAC closet on the second floor that turned into a mold problem. GCS Restoration has been great to work with throughout this process. Josh and Jason worked hard to remediate the mold. They communicated every step of their process. And Chris who came in to put up new drywall and paint. He was friendly and efficient and got his part of the job done quickly.

this is my second project with Green. Though I'm not a contractor (I'm and engineer), I know my way around them. They communicate well, handle their subs professionally, and the work is well done with quality materials. scheduling was pretty much on time and they made the extra effort to make up lost time due to the inevitable SNAFU. There was a lot of small scope changes, both adds and deducts, and they didn't quibble about pricing. the cost didn't change during the project. would definitely use them again. Nash and Sara were great to deal with.
