“I’ve been getting massages for the better part of 20 years, and this was, hands down (no pun intended), the best one I have ever received. I got the Satnam deep tissue massage with Noemi - the way she practices is obviously very intuitive and not the “one size fits all” massage that tends to be the norm at most places. She found knots I didn’t even know I had and introduced me to sound therapy, which is nothing short of magical. I came in feeling tired, stressed, and sore and left feeling relaxed and even energized. Would highly recommend, and will definitely be going back!“

“I just completed my first, beginner Yoga class at Yoga Pointe about an hour ago. I thought the facility was very nice and the class itself was great. Everyone was respectful of one another, and I left feeling relaxed and centered.The most impactful thing to me was the kind welcome I received from the instructor when I walked in I believe it was Beth who greeted me based on the course schedule. Beth was terrific and made me feel welcomed when I arrived showing me around the studio a bit before class. She also checked in with me at the end of the class to see how I had liked it. Overall a very pleasant experience. I would highly recommend Yoga Pointe to anyone looking for a place to practice yoga I know I'll be going back.!“

“I've always been a yoga girl, but I came to my first reformer pilates class and loved it! The workout was fun and proved to be challenging. The instructor kept the energy up and gave a lot of encouragement to work through each exercise. I really appreciate that she didn't just demonstrate or give directions, but she actively observed in order to offer corrections and adjustments. I think this form of pilates is a great addition to my exercise routine and can even complement my yoga practice. It's a combination of flexibility and strength training, and I felt amazing after class!“
