“David Fridovich was our buying agent he is so AWESOME!! He was a Godsend during our transition to the Florida area. He is a native to Central Florida and has a lot of positive professional relationships established which proved very helpful to us during this purchase. We are seasoned home and property owners and it was important to us to find a seasoned professional knowledgeable on the area for our real estate ventures when moving to Florida and David definitely delivered!! He was not pushy or focused on the commission but provides honest guidance and feedback looking out for the long term investment and interest of his clients. This is important considering the recent influx of new get rich quick stand up agents in the industry, especially here in Florida with the big housing boom and influx of people. David has represented us as our buying agent with professional integrity, he also has a passion for supporting Veterans! Remax, you have an amazing asset on your team! David has been a wealth of knowledge and navigated us to a sound investment with an amazing turn around of 20% standing equity, based upon recent appraisal of our purchase. We will definitely be using him for our future real estate transactions, we currently in search of an additional investment property with him. Thank you David, we appreciate all of your hard work and protecting our interests as your clients! It's no surprise that most of your clients have loyalty with you, add us to the list!”
