I came in with my wedding dress and a somber outlook. My custom dress from a different location didn’t turn out the way I wanted. They altered some measurements for me, took it in a bit, and made me feel much better about my dress!

They answered ALL my questions, even the ones I felt that were silly. Also, when I brought in a different dress to look at, they took the time to compare the 2 with me, give me ballpark pricing and explain things well to me.

Through all of it, they have handled everything with absolute class. Dress shirts, suits, last-minute emergencies, mystery stains, “please make me look like I have my life together” outfits, all of it. They don’t just clean clothes, they quietly rescue reputations.
At this point, I’m convinced they know more about my life than some of my relatives, based purely on what I’ve dropped off over the years. Yet they remain professional, friendly, consistent, and somehow still willing to deal with me. That alone deserves six stars, but apparently Google is stingy.
