My dog was very agitated with an ear infection. There were wonderful. They explained the issues, the treatment, and the associated costs. On the follow up visit they took my dog to the back office (he is very protective of me). I heard them talking so sweetly to him. It was absolutely genuine, they were talking to him like he was their own pet. It made me feel wonderful. Would 100% recommend them and will continue to use them as my primary vet.”
