First in formals the most formal spa I ever gone too in Lakeland. I called and received same day appointment for cut, blow dry hair, they got me in 30 minutes later, not only did I receive a cut and blow out but Julie also did a toner on my hair to cover my greys, it looks so natural. When I tell you this place is so relaxing and friendly. So welcoming this family really touch my heart. I’ve not gone to get my hair done in so long and to come to Julie and her family made makes me want to come here more often. I’m highly grateful of the outcome of my hair. Due to a series of unfortunate events, my hair was a hot mess and really overdue for a cut.I took a chance and gave them a call - fortunately, and to my surprise - they were able to squeeze me in this afternoon. I was wowed by the fantastic hair cut & style I received. Not only do I absolutely love my hair, but the warmth and hospitality shown by everyone I interacted with was outstanding.I just gave her a little guidance on what I was thinking about, and she took it from there. The cut I received was perfect for my face and looks fantastic. Seriously, a wizard with the scissors!Also, they have massage chairs in the shampoo area, which is a nice touch.A+ all around....read full review

I am new to Lakeland, I found the hair salon on Instagram and after looking for a long time I decided to come to Cielo hair spa and I can tell you about a unique experience, my change was spectacular, I was looking for a haircut and Giulya understood it perfectly and achieved it. I had been looking for a long time, I loved that they spoke to me in Spanish, it felt very personalized and who doesn't enjoy that treatment.
