I needed to have my bathroom shower and tub surround re-tiled due to water damage behind the original tiles. Terrence did a great job repairing damage and replacing tiles. I am the manager of an apartment complex and we wanted to get the grout cleaned in one of our units. Terrence did an excellent job cleaning & epoxy color sealing (way better than just cleaning) the grout in our apartment. We are very pleased with his services, pricing and overall customer service. I wish I had taken before and after photos because it made such a huge difference to me. I am so pleased with the final product! We will absolutely use him/ Grout Getters again in the future.
We had several issues with the finished work from a previous contractor. The grout and metal trim in our master shower were not installed correctly, and Grout Getters came out quickly to assess the problem.
They provided a fair estimate and were able to correct the issues caused by the previous contractor. They also repaired a few hollow tiles in another bathroom.
