“Amazing service and attention to detail.

Our AC was not cooling when we got home on Wednesday afternoon around 6pm. I called a different company and they said the earliest they could have someone out would be Saturday. My mother in law recommended we call Air Shield. I called and Tammy was super helpful and informative on the phone and gave a two hour time range for the service technician to arrive. Austin arrived in less than 30 minutes. He was able to diagnose and correct the issue. He was very informative and transparent about our problem. I look forward to working with them again and highly recommend Air Shield!“

“Tech was good. Friendly, Professional, and Knowledgeable. I was very disappointed that I had to pay over $700 for a UV light. The system is only 2 years old. Why wasn't the UV light still under warranty. Way overpriced. Amazon has the UV light for less than $100, so installation cost me over $600. I wouldn't think Veteran Air would rip off anyone like that, let alone a Veteran. I will probably not renew my maintenance agreement with Veteran Air.“
