“We have a maintenance plan in place and Benito came out same day when requested at around 4 pm . He found an issue with the blower which needed replacing. He worked to have the part delivered and installed that evening . After getting things fixed by around 6:30 - he continued his maintenance routine to ensure all was in good stead . He was finished by around 7:30 pm .His good nature and friendly personality along with his technical experience make it a pleasure to have him as technical support !!Please let him know this and hopefully he will get a nice Xmas bonus !Regards“

“I called Scott from A/C outfitters and asked for an ac service and he very kindly was able to schedule me the very next day. This company is the real deal, honest and very knowledgeable. I let him know up front that I wanted to extend the life of my old unit and he took time to realisticly explain what I should look for when it comes time to replace my ac and took care to clean, check and service my system so it could push through another hot Florida summer. So many companies only focus on upselling and trying to lock you into expensive service agreements. I did not experience that at all with AC Outfitters and definitely plan on using them for service and to eventually replace my unit. Do yourself a favor and give them a call and have your ac serviced before the hot summer months.“

“I have used this company 4 times now and have never had a less than stellar experience. The very first time was for a flush and routine maintenance. Raz the owner said he would personally show up as I was a new customer. Said he would be at my house at 9:30am... He was at my house before that. As an extremely punctual person that was a great first impression. I am of the mindset that when a time is agreed upon you stay true to your word and keep that time. Time is money and theirs no no more valuable than mine. Raz is the embodiment of this. He was cordgile, informative, and did not try to get me to purchase unnecessary items.My second experience was with Rodney. He came out some time later for just the bi annual check and happened to catch me on a day I was under the weather. I was curious to see if it was just the owner that would show up early or not. Rodney was even earlier lol. He waited in his truck until it was close to the time, and let me say it was greatly appreciated. Rodney was very polite and very informative. He informed me of an issue I had and did not try to sell me anything but told me it is a matter that will need to be addressed.My 3rd interaction was a follow up they had scheduled to make sure a fix they did was doing the job correctly. That follow up never happened BECAUSE I CALLED AND CANCELED IT due to unforeseen things that came up. They rescheduled me and that went as smooth as could be.My 4th time having them here was for a complete removal and discard of my old system and installation of a brand new system. After being quoted lower than any company (I always compare prices) they again came out on top. The owner (Raz) and another employee (Mike) came. As always they were early and prepared to work. They worked through the day, be it a bit longer than quoted, but in all transparency issues were discovered they were unaware of and they had to alter the pace to address those issues. What shocked me the most is the worked through lunch. Literally non stop and did so with a pleasant disposition. The extended time was never an issue and everything they did was top shelf and perfectly done. Both Mike and Raz left my home in better condition than when they entered. Every bit of clean up was done to a meticulous standard.Just today (2-10-24), a Saturday I had a question and reached out to Rodney to see if I could have it addressed the up coming week. Not only did he respond in mere minutes he forwarded my message to Raz who immediately responded. We were able to resolve my concern over the phone. Very pleasant experience. To make it even better Rodney even followed up to make sure all was well.I will only use this company moving forward. 5 out of 5-Bryan“
