Elite is the best HVAC company in the area! I had an issue with my condo’s AC unit and was able to easily schedule an appointment online for the very next day.
Blake was my technician, and he was fantastic! He inspected the entire unit before diagnosing the issue and made sure the clog that had caused water to flood my hallway was completely cleared before leaving. He was incredibly thorough, explained a few other areas I should keep an eye on, and even helped get me set up with a maintenance program to hopefully prevent future issues.
Great experience from start to finish. I highly recommend Elite, and especially Blake!

Blake did one of the most professional diagnosis on the problem with my A/C compressor. Unit would automatically shut off and fan would stop spinning several times during the past several months. Several techs have worked on this problem previously to no avail. Blake changed capacitor and pitted pressure switch. He mentioned that should solve the issue. if it doesn't then the motor and/or the motherboard might have to be changed too. At least we have a plan of action. Thought total cost slightly overpriced since I was still under warranty. However, it would be worth it if the issue is totally corrected. I'm keeping my fingers crossed.
