Very knowledgeable and pleasant technician. Made clear what was observed and made responsible recommendations. Did not try to make a sale but did show evidence that some form of intervention would be beneficial.
I recently purchased my older home in palmetto. After days of dealing with a plumbing issue in my toilet and tub I finally caught this company and they answered my call at 10:00 p.m. that night so I was impressed. They scheduled me a plumber to come out the next day between 8:00 a.m. and noon. I honestly believed they would be here closer to noon well to my surprise DON WAS AT MY DOOR AT 8:00 A.M. Don did a excellent job he was patient he explain everything that he was doing to the home he also taught me preventive measures. Being new to the city and having a man in my home alone he helped me at ease and we talked about our children's school and made me feel very safe...read full review
Blake was the excellent technician for my job today. He explained everything in great detail to me and my neighbor. I HIGHLY recommend Elite and Blake in particular, for heating and air conditioning needs 10 stars if you had a rating available to me ?
