They are fast and responsive. Owner himself came down within hour of call and resolved issue and explained in details with photos. Did not charge any extra beside the service call. Please support them as small business.Service: Install AC

We have called on Integrity AC twice now and could not be happier with them. They promptly return calls if you leave a voice mail, and we were pleased both times that a service technician was able to come to our house quickly. Ivan (our service tech) is pleasant, thorough and very competent. As new owners of this home, our heat pump had been installed by a different company, but Integrity AC looked up the serial number to see if it was still under warranty...it was, and that saved us $600. We are grateful to have had a neighbor recommend Integrity AC, and we are happy to recommend them as well!
