We had a service call today as our main HVAC system had stopped working and there was a freeze warning out for our area tonight , Our Anthony’s technician, Adam was on time, professional and communicated clearly as to what was going on.
Their text notifications and tracking system is great ! I would highly recommend their services if you’re in need of a professional service company!
Ted was friendly, knowledgeable and answered our questions. He presented his assessment of our system fairly without any kind of pressure. We will be using Anthony's for our new service contract.
This is the second time we have called on Anthony’s during “non-regular” business hours. Again, Anthony’s was caring and quick to respond. Beadles was awesome and resolved the issue even though she didn’t have the necessary parts on hand. She was able to improvise and get our AC system operational pending arrival of the parts. We can’t say enough about Anthony’s and Beadles! Today, Colin came out and installed the parts needed for our A/C system. He was very capable and knowledgeable. I appreciate Colin’s work and the entire staff at Anthony’s!
