existing HVAC wasn't working properly. Airshield diagnosed and indicated 50/50 chance of working. I looked to save money and went with repair rather than replacement...didn't work. Airshield spent extra time troubleshooting, and new I wasn't happy. They acknowledged and credited me on a new HVAC. Definitely recommend their culture there. Nick was great.

I was welcomed by Carrie today and Carrie spend more than a hour doing maintenance and explaining what needs to be done. I am well pleased with Carrie and the Air Shield Heating and Cooling company ---I suggest you call them for any of your heating and air conditioning needs. Carrie did suggest that since we are snowbirds Carrie recommended a WIFI thermostat so we can keep an eye on our unit while in Upstate NY - never thought about that - great suggestion.
